Port Blair, Jan 31: R Kashthuri Bhai, a class VIII student of GDMS Middle Point, Port Blair has once again brought laurels to the A & N Islands by securing third position in the 11th National Schools Under 17 Girls Chess Championship 2023 held in Hosur, Tamil Nadu from 27.01.2023 to 31.01.2023.
She played brilliantly throughout the Championship and scored 6 points out of 9 Rounds with four wins and four draws and secured third position in the prestigious championship. She has been awarded with cash prize and a certificate for the great achievement.
