Port Blair, Jan 17: A Go First flight of Port Blair –Kolkata- Delhi sector, which was scheduled to depart at 11:25 AM today, could not take off from Port Blair Airport on time following some technical issues. As per details the flight finally departed after nearly 06 hour long wait for passengers.
As per details the Go First flight with nearly 150 passengers when taxied towards the runway, the flight was stopped following some technical issues. Sources said that all passengers were made to sit inside the aircraft for more than an hour without any food or refreshment, which troubled passengers and many complained about discomfort.
As per sources at around 12.40 PM all passengers were allowed to deboard the aircraft and were taken inside the Airport. At around 2.00 PM refreshments and meals were provided to the passengers. Finally at around 5.00 PM passengers were allowed to board the aircraft and soon the flight took off from Port Blair. Further details are awaited.
