Port Blair, Dec 20: ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder has demanded the Administration for aSpecial Ship to Sail at Chennai from 3rd to 4th January 2023 for theDevotees of Ayyappa Puja.
In his letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, he said that around 1000no’s of Ayyappa Devotees are likely to attend the mass Gathering Puja atSabarimala Temple, Kerala to extend their beliefs and worship towards theLord.
Mr. Halder Said that as the Flight Fare is much higher which cannot beaffordable by the Ayyappa Devotees and most importantly the FlightSchedules are not very operational as the Construction work of the Airportis in Process.
He further requested the Administration to kindly make necessaryarrangements for the Special Sailing from Port Blair to Chennai on 3rd to 4thJanuary 2023 for the Devotees welfare and Considerations.
