Port Blair, July 25: Fourpositive cases have been detected today in A&N Islands, of which, 2 were from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 9 flights with 1027 passengers arrived, out of which, 931passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 60passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 16 passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 12passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 8 passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, no positive case has been detected.At Helipad, 1 passenger was tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected.
