Port Blair, Jul 04: During the RTPCR conducted on160incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday,five positive cases have been detected. Today, 10flights with 1423passengers arrived, out of which, 1251 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on131passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 17passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 56 passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 26 passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus and no positive case has been detected. At Helipad, one passenger was tested with RAT and the report was negative.
