Port Blair, Apr 17: Under the leadership of Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, BJP, A&N Islands BJP has organized various awareness programmes throughout the Islands from 06th April to 20th April 2022.
An awareness camp was organized on 16th April 2022 at Billiground Panchayat Bhavan on the importance of PoshanMaah. The programme was organized by 11 SHG, ASHA workers in presence of Mrs. Bimala Suttar, State Secretary, BJP ANI; Dr. Prasanta Kumar Manual, State Gen Sec Krishna Morcha and Maya under District Prabhari; Mr. Manjushree Bairagi, CRF and State Executive Member BJP ANI; Mr. Tushar Bepari District General Secretary and FCI Member; Mrs. Arati Mondal District President, Mohila Morcha; Mrs. Mamata Biswas, Up-Pradhan Haringar; Mrs. Basanti Samadder CRF, Anganwadi Workers, Asha workers, Self Help Group Workers and others.
On the occasion, Dr. Mandal elaborately focused on the objectives of organizing such a crucial programme throughout the Islands. He also highlighted the importance and necessity of Nutritious food and how people especially, mothers and children can be healthy by adopting nutritious food.
