Port Blair, Nov 22: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the President of Pradesh Congress Committee has urged the Lt. Governor to immediately send a Cargo Ship for Campbell Bay Island.
In a SOS letter addressed to the Lt. Governor, Mr. Sharma said that due to non availability of any ship with cargo carrying facilities to Campbell Bay there is scarcity of baby milk, rice, sugar, onion, potato, salt, oil and other such items. He has also requested to consider timely arrival of the above items in future also for the welfare of the Islanders.
