Port Blair, Mar 24: The City Congress President Mr. Mohd. Zubair on Wednesday congratulated Advocate. Rakesh Pal Govind on being elected as the new President of Local Born Association and expressed confidence that he will serve the Islands with dedication and diligence.
“I firmly believe that the Local Born Association will touch new heights under his leadership and the organisation will get further strengthened,” Mr. Zubair said in his congratulatory message.
He has also wished him success in his tenure. He further extended congratulations and best wishes to all newly elected office bearers of Local Born Association.
