Port Blair, Feb 20: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee President Mr. RangalalHalder has suspended Mr. Manoj Biswas, Mr. AnimeshHalder, Mrs. M. Panchawarna and Mr. Ismail from the primary membership of Congress Party for 06 years with immediate effect for Anti-Party Activities.
