Port Blair, Feb 16: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has fielded candidates in 08 wards for the Port Blair Municipal Council Election scheduled on 6th March 2022.
As per details, D. Laxman Rao will contest from Ward Number 01, KG Samkutty from Ward Number 02, NKP Nair from Ward Number 03 & 14, S Surender from Ward Number 06, SP Kalairajan from Ward Number 09, Anuj Kumar from Ward Number 15 and Sandhya S. Saju from Ward Number 17.
CPI (M) also fielded up candidates in several constituencies for panchayat election. A Manifesto will be released within a couple of days.
