Port Blair, Feb 14: As a part of the “Digital India Campaign” by the District Administration, South Andaman the Mortgage Permission and Sale/Gift Permission services were transferred to online mode from 01.01.2022.
The citizens can avail these online services from any departmental e-corners, Common Service Centre or directly access them from the portal www.edistrict.andaman.gov.in. No offline/manual application will be entertained for these services henceforth.
At present, 24 services are already available in online mode and all certificates are issued in digitalized format along with QR Code verification.
The District Administration, South Andaman is fully dedicated to transferring all the remaining offline services to online mode immediately under the e-district programme and ensures to deliver all services at the doorstep of the citizen transparently and speedily.
