Port Blair, Feb 08: Pointing out the issue of delay in supply of LPG Cylinders in Little Andaman Island, the Pradhan of Hutbay, Mrs. M. Pappi Naidu today spoke to the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman and requested his intervention.
Pointing out about severe crisis of LPG cylinders, the Pradhan mentioned that the LPG Cylinders are not supplied regularly in the Islands for the last 4 to 5 months.
As per Mrs. M Pappi Naidu, the Pradhan of GP Hutbay, the Deputy Commissioner later spoke to Director of CA & CS in this regard and assured her that LPG cylinders will reach Hut Bay as soon as possible.
Mrs. M Pappi Naidu expressed gratitude towards the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman for taking up this issue and responding to the grievances of Little Andaman residents promptly.
