Port Blair, Nov 19: A gala-cultural evening comprising songs and dances by mesmerizing performers from the A&N Islands, who had enthralled the audience with their performances on the occasion of Andaman and Nicobar Day celebration at Pragati Maidan, Lal Chowk Theatre, New Delhi on 15th November 2012, as part of the India International Trade Fair (IITF)-2012, will again be presented for the benefit of the school and college students and the people of the Islands at the ITF ground at 5.30 pm on November 21, 2012.
An 81 members cultural contingent from the Islands after successfully portraying the composite cultural of the Islands during the Andaman and Nicobar Day celebration in the National capital will again delight the audiences with their performances in the town. The contingent comprises of student artistes, team from A&N Police and artistes of Dance Nritya Academy.
The attractions of the gala cultural fest on 21st November at ITF ground will be dance based on communal harmony, classical dance, patriotic song, dance based on the beauty of the Islands, western dance, horror show, dance based on National integrity and group song based on the Islands. All are requested to witness and enjoy the programme as it was a grand success and appreciated by one and all at New Delhi.
