Port Blair, Jan 25: As the Islands are facing yet another surge in COVID cases, the NGOs Ration Rasheed Foundation once again came forward to assist others.
Mr. M.P.Abdul Rasheed, Director, Ration Rasheed Foundation provided free cooked meals to the stranded COVID patients of Inter Islands who have been under Institutional quarantine at designated places by Andaman & Nicobar Administration. After getting a call from one of the students of Inter-Islands that they are struggling to get two time food a day, Mr. Rasheed helped them in arranging free meals for them via a nearby Restaurant/Hotel till the Administration provides a ferry for them to reach their respective homes on completion of their quarantine period. The patients and their relatives have expressed their sincere gratitude towards the Director, Ration Rasheed Foundation.
