Port Blair, Nov 16: Heavy Rain (7-12 cm) may occur at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands during next 24 hours. Under the influence of well marked low pressure area over east central Bay and adjoining areas, strong South to South-westerly wind speed exceeding 45 Kmph, and generally rough sea likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coasts. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
