Port Blair, Dec 26: The ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder on behalf of the Congress party has sincerely recorded his gratitude to the Lt. Governor of A&N Islands Mr. D.K Joshi for directing the A&N Administration to fill the posts lying vacant under Group B and Group C in various departments. Mr. Halder thanked the Lt. Governor for fulfilling the long pending demand of the general public and hoped that his other demand of “100% reservation in government jobs for Islanders” will also be fulfilled as done in this case. Mr. Halder had taken up the issue regarding filling up of vacant 9,000 posts in A&N Administration and 100% job reservation for Islanders on several occasions in the past.
