Port Blair, Dec 22: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Chief General Manager, BSNL, A&N Circle to increase the signal strength of BSNL towers, erected at Guptapara and Manjery areas for better coverage to the people living in these villages and adjoining areas.
In a letter addressed to the Chief General Manager, BSNL, A&N Circle the Member of Parliament added that the villagers residing in the Guptapara and Manjery areas have raised the issue with his office that people of the area are not getting proper mobile network for which they are facing immense hardship for contacting to others. He pointed out that students of these areas are facing huge difficulties because they are unable to attend online classes.
