Port Blair, Dec. 19: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has congratulated the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Admiral (Retd.) D K Joshi, the Chief Secretary of A & N Administration, Mr. Jitendra Narain, the Health Department, Police Department, entire Administration and all Islanders for achieving 100 % second dose vaccination of ‘Targeted’ Population.
He added that despite the topographical challenges of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, achieving this milestone is a Commendable job.
At this time, when the world is facing a new challenge because of the Omicron variant of Corona Virus, this remarkable achievement will not only provide a layer of safety to Islanders but also in the long run it will ensure smooth social and economic activities in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has urged all Islanders not to let the guards down and continue all Covid Appropriate Behaviours in coming days and also cooperate with Administration in this long battle against Corona Virus.
