Port Blair, Dec 12: The Nehru Yuva Kendra, Campbell Bay was organized District Level Declamation Contest on Patriotism and Nation Building with the theme of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikash, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas as a part of Republic Day Celebration 2022 at Nehru Yuva Kendra Building, Campbell Bay on Saturday in which altogether 06 male and female participants from different Youth Club and Mahila Mondals of Campbell Bay Zone were participated. Smti. S. Geeta Kumari, Head Mistress, Govt. Primary School, Kamal Basti, Campbell Bay was the chief guest and she briefed about the importance of the contest. Mr. Satnam Singh, Teacher, Govt, Senior Secondary School, Vijay Nagar, Smti. Sulata Samaddar, Mukhya Sebika, ICDS, Campbell Bay and Smti. S. Geeta Kumari, Head Mistress were present as judges.
Miss. R.Jessica, Gandhi Nagar, Miss. Geeta Kumari, Jogindar Nagar and Miss. Sita Bai, Jogindar Nagar were selected as 1st, 2nd, & 3rd position respectively. Smti. S. Geeta Kumari, Head Mistress, Mr. Satnam Singh, Teacher and Smti. Sulata Samaddar, Mukhya Sebika were awarded to the winner position participants.
Mr Haridas Mondal, APA welcomed the respectable persons and participants. He also highlighted about the important of the programme. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Miss. Gurprit Kaur, NYV, NYK, Campbell Bay.
