Port Blair, Dec 07: The Pradesh Congress committee President Mr.Rangalal Halder and Chairman Campaign committee Mr.TSG Bhasker handed over 20 hockey sticks and hockey balls to Mr.Xavier, Hockey Coach from Mathura who has been tirelessly working with the youth of that area to develop the game of Hockey.
