Port Blair, Nov 14: Sarthak Kanjilal, Reporter of Andaman Sheekha is leaving for Mumbai tomorrow to join his family business, after a short but valuable stint of Journalism Career at Port Blair. Sarthak Kanjilal, a Graduate in B.Sc. Visual Communication from Chennai, did series of indept stories and interviews as Andaman Sheekha Reporter, which was much appreciated by readers as well as senior officers of A & N Administration.
“During his short spell, Sarthak not only covered some crucial and mega events but also dared to ask many uncomfortable questions to Senior Officers, on behalf of General Public,” Sanjib Kumar Roy, Editor of Andaman Sheekha said during an informal get together at Andaman Sheekha Office. E Arun, a graduate in Journalism from Bangalore will replace Sarthak Kanjilal.
“I shall keep coming back to Port Blair, whenever it will be possible and continue to do ground reporting,” Sarthak said.
