High operational costs, hike in fuel and increasing maintenance costs, of all taxes on services provided by airlines, is the main reason for hiring, multi task (All rounder’s) to work in airports or for airlines, these days. Similarly Hotels & Restaurants, even Hospitals are also preferring to recruit able multi task professionals.

There are other training courses of 360 & 300 hours in Travel & Tourism basically meant for those already working in the industry without any training, these trainings meant to upgrade their skills to perform better in future when Port Blair is connected with International Sectors.
All the training contents are based on IATA/UFTAA Foundation Course, IATA/FIATA Air Cargo handling, Ground handling and logistics course, designed in such a manner, that when the training is successfully completed, a candidate trained by us will have a good choice to select any field in the industry, said a communication from IISD.
