Port Blair, Oct 04: The State President and committee members of Hindu Rashtra Shakti, Andaman and Nicobar Islands have expressed deepest condolence on the demise of Late Shakti Sinha ( IAS). “He was deeply attached to these Islands and served here twice, in the capacity of Deputy Commissioner, Andamans and later as Chief Secretary,” a release issued by HRS said here today.
