Port Blair, Sept 10: A session on Y break (yoga) was held at JNRM vaccination center for the staff of vaccination team on 10 September 2021. Mr. Ajit Das and Mr. Guna Sekhar Yoga instructor AYUSH Hospital conducted the session. Dr. Rajiv Kumar Ghosh, Incharge Vaccination center spoke the need of Y beak for physical and mental well being of all.
