Port Blair, July 26: On the eve of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Andaman Association of Tour Operators paid tribute to the Martyrs of Kargil War in the Kargil war memorial at Tagore College of Education.
Mr. M. Vinod & Mr. Saikat Biswas (An Indian Airforce veteran) laid wreath on the memorial and paid tribute to the brave soldiers who made supreme sacrifice for the country. Other members of the association also paid floral tribute. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Vinod remembered the valour of the Indian Soldiers and urged the island youth to join the Armed forces and serve our nation.
