Port Blair, May 26: Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, State Vice President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands along with other senior leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party State Unit, Andaman and Nicobar Islands recently on 24th of May attended a meeting chaired by Mr. Jagat Prakash Nadda, National President, Bharatiya Janata Party.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas and Mr. B.L Santosh, National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party.
The meeting was called to discuss the preparedness of the states and UT prone to getting affected by Cyclone Yaas.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi in the meeting briefed the Minister about the preparedness of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to tackle cyclone Yaas.
