Port Blair, Apr 26: On 24 April 2021 morning at around 7:30 AM, a suicide case was reported in Swaraj Dweep Police station by local residents of Vijay Nagar area, Swaraj Dweep. As per details, the body was found hanging inside an under construction building near a private resort.
As per information immediately a police team reached the spot and found a body of a youth, hanging from the beam of the building.
The body was soon moved to mortuary of Swaraj Dweep Hospital. The deceased was identified as Mr. Kishor, 21 years, a resident of Rangat. As per details, Mr. Kishor was working as private worker, who had joined a bottled water company of Swaraj Dweep recently. As per sources, he was under depression for personal reasons.
The body was handed over to the family members after postmortem yesterday. A case of Unnatural death has been registered in Swaraj Dweep Police station and further investigations are on.
