Port Blair, Mar 25: On 23 March at 10:00PM one patient namely Mr. Patrick, 38 years, son of late Mathew, working in APWD as a DRM in water pump unit , Afra Bay, complained about severe stomach pain and vomiting.
Following this, Mr. Patrick was evacuated in emergency by Indian Coast Guard Boat C-150. The patient was immediately taken to Campbell Bay Hospital for treatment.
According to details after getting treatment by Doctors, the condition of Mr. Patrick is stable now. Villagers of Afra Bay have expressed gratitude towards Indian Coast Guard, police and health officials for all help provided during the time of emergency.
