Org.Secretary and Mr. Vivek Singh, Vice President met Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, Secretary Tourism at his office today and discussed various issues pertaining to tourism industry. The major issues discussed were Opening of all Tourism Activities at North and Middle Andaman; Increasing the capacity of Visitors for Sound and light show as the present number of 100 visitors is not fulfilling the requirements of visiting tourists; Providing Of Basic Amenities like Toilets, Changing Rooms,Locker facilities at North Bay and Participation of Tourism Department in Major Tourism Fair SATTE at Delhi with Tourism Stakeholders of the islands.
The Secretary Tourism reportedly assured the delegation to look into the issues raised by AATO. Mr. Vinod has thanked the Secretary Tourism for meeting the delegation amidst his busy schedule.
