Port Blair, Nov 26: The Constitution Day is observed every year on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and to reiterate the values and principles enshrined in it. On the occasion of the Constitution Day this year Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Lt Governor, A&N Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency, along with all Offices of A&N Administration from their respective locations, joined Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Hon’ble President of India at 11 am in reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India.
