Port Blair, Feb 07 : For the benefit of eligible students of 33rd Convocation, the IGNOU Regional Centre will function on Saturday, 08th February 2020. The students can register for 33rd Convocation through offline mode by paying Rs.600/- DD in favour of IGNOU. While submitting the offline Convocation form, they can collect Convocation Scarf and confirm their participation in the Register at Regional Centre, Port Blair.A communication from the Regional Director, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
