Port Blair, Feb 06: The eligible students who have paid the Convocation fee, through online application, are advised to visit the IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair during 7th to 16th February 2020. The students will check their details in the original degree as well as the Convocation records and also confirm their participation in the Register at Regional Centre. At the same time, they can also collect Convocation-Scarf by paying refundable deposit of Rs.500 from the RC. Based on the participation confirmation, the degrees will be arranged, in sequence, for distribution at Convocation stage.
