Port Blair Nov.26: The Social Welfare Department will be celebrating “International Day for Divyang” on 03rd December, 2019 at Vocational Rehabilitation Center , Brookshabad from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Various activities like sports and painting competitions will be conducted for the children and divyangjans. In this regards children, divyangjans along with parents / caregivers are requested to attend one day programme.
