Port Blair, Nov 1: The Administrative Reforms & Training Wing of the A & N Administration, in association with the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India, New Delhi is organizing a 5 day training programme on “Pay Fixation-II & Right to Information (RTI-III)” from November 4 to 8, 2019 in the conference hall of Directorate of Industries, Middle Point, Port Blair for the Head Clerks & Higher Grade Clerks of Amalgamated Clerical (AC) Cadre working in various departments under the Administration.The inaugural function of the training programme is scheduled to be held on Nov 4, 2019 at 9.30 am. Altogether 60 participants are expected to participate in the said training programme. The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India, New Delhi is deputing Shri K K Pant (Retd. Asst. Director), Faculty ISTM, Shri Vinod Kumar, Deputy Director, ISTM and Shri Gopal, Under Secretary, UPSC for imparting the aforesaid Training.
