Port Blair, Nov.1: As part of the ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’, a pledge taking ceremony was organized in the premises of District Office, Car Nicobar, where in the Assistant Commissioner (HQ), Car Nicobar administered the Rashtriya Ekta Pledge to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, who played a major role in uniting the nation. A ‘Run for Unity’ was also organized by Education & Sports Department of Car Nicobar, in which all schools participated.
