Port Blair, Oct 29: Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President BJP, A&N Islands has written a letter to the Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and requested him for keeping abeyance the notifications issued fixing Circle rate of Land and enhancing Stamp duty in view of widespread objections to it, glaring lacunae observed (both because of non-appreciation of ground realities and in law) and for stakeholder consultation in the cited matters.
