Port Blair, Oct 11: The Block Level Kala Utsav 2019 for Rangat Zone, being organized by Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, on this occasion, the Coordinator, BRC Rangat Ms Rita Tewari addressed the participants and overall 06 Secondary and 06 Senior Secondary Schools under Rangat Educational Zone were participated in different events. Chief Guest Shri Suseelan, HM(M) Retd. awarded the winners in each event with trophy. The Winner of each event will informed to attend District Level Kala Utsav Programme on 15/10/2019 at Community Hall of Gram Panchyat, Pokkadera from 10:00 am positively. Finally, the programme was concluded by vote of thanks delivered by Programe Coordinator in befitting manner.
