Port Blair, Sept 25: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rangat Organized the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhaya on 25th September 2019 at Anganwadi Centre Yerrata ( Sabari) Rangat in which 40 youths from Varioust youth clubs participated. On the occasion Smti Philomena Minj Senior Citezen was the chief guest and she paid tribute by garlanding to the portrait Miss Sangita Bai NYV highlighted about his carrier, researches, contribution and political life. .
