Port Blair, August 5: The All India People Welfare Association was inaugurated today at Hotel N K International. Mr.D.Sathyamorrthy,Dy.Chief Engineer ALHW was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme was organized in presence of Dr.P.Sivakumar all India president (AIPWA), Mr.K.Sachithanantham KK Secretary AIPWA, Mr.Reegan S Bel advocate Supreme Court Delhi, Mr.Sivaraja Mony all India Joint Secretary AIPWA, Mr.Simson State Secretary AIPWA Andaman and Nicobar Islands, J Jaya Kumar State President Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
