Port Blair, Aug 01: A fire was reported this afternoon from Dhanvantri Hospital, Minnie Bay area. A thick smoke was reportedly coming from AC Plant’s main electric cable at the exit area of hospital.
Staffs of Dhanvantri immediately reported this matter to Naval Fire Service, soon one fire tender from INS Utkrosh and Fire tender from NSRY and Aberdeen reached to the spot on time controlled the smoke. No casualty was reported.
