Port Blair, June 26: Indian Coast Guard conducted a lecture on international day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking in co-ordination with GB Pant Hospital on 26 Jun 19. Over 150 CG Officers and personnel attended the event. The agenda of the lecture was to create awareness on ill effects of liquor & drug abuse.
Dr Kushal Baidya, DNB from department of Psychiatry, GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair who is having huge experience in working with substance use disorder patients gave an impressive lecture and highlighted the effect of drug abuse in young generation.
