Port Blair, Jun 14: In the General body Meeting of Industries Employees’ Union held in Gandhi Bhavan on 17th May, 2019, the following persons have been unanimously elected as Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members for the period of three years from 17th May, 2019. Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma was elected as the President of the Union while Mr. Shadevan and Mr. Robin were elected as Vice-Presidents. Mr. Gyan Prakash Krishna and Mr. T Aboo Backer were elected as General Secretary. In the meeting Mr. Mohammed Haneefa elected as Secretary while Mr. Sundar Pandian, Mr. M Ibrahim were elected as Organizing Secretary and Mr. M Hamid as Treasurer. Beside seventeen persons were elected as Executive Members. Forwarding the list of the members to the Director of Industries, the General Secretary has requested him to redress the grievances whenever the committee members approach him about the grievances of the employees, in a release General Secretary, Industries Employees Union.
