Port Blair, May 30: Finally after several months the Municipal drain, located at Bargat Line, Port Blair was cleaned by PBMC workers. After publication of the news regarding blocked drain by Andaman Sheekha, Daily, the Senior Vice Chairperson of PBMC, Mrs. Prootima Banerjee took up the matter with the Secretary of PBMC, Mr. Sunil Anchipaka, who immediately directed the concerned officers to take immediate steps. Hence within one day the drain was cleaned for which the resident of Bargar Line has expressed gratitude towards the Secretary PBMC and the Sr. Vice Chairperson.
