Port Blair, Jan 31: The Port Blair Municipal Council bid farewell to two employees of the Council, who superannuated from government service on 31/01/2019. At a simple function held on 31/01/2019 in the office of the Chairperson, PBMC, all the retirement benefits including GPF, gratuity and other monetary benefits were handed over to the employees. In her address Smt. Anusia Devi, Chairperson, Port Blair Municipal Council recalled the valuable services rendered by them to the Council and wished them happy and healthy post retired life. Mementoes were also presented to the employees. Senior officials/officers were also present on the occasion. Name of the employees who retired are viz. Mr. Subba Rao, S/O Mr. Mal Naidu, WCM, JE-II(Water), Mr. Sundar Pal, S/O Mr. Hari Ram, Sanitary Mazdoor (W.No:19) says Chairperson, PBMC.
