Port Blair, Jan 10: On 09th Dec 2019, at around 6:55 PM a man, under influence of liquor, was lying near CSC at Delanipur area of Port Blair with heavy head injuries. His was bleeding on the road but surprisingly no one was ready to shift him to hospital.
Later two police constables, who where in patrolling duty, Mr. Basharat Ali and Mr. K Suban, reached the spot and after seeing the injuries of the person, they immediately shifted him to GB Pant Hospital, which saved his life. At present the condition of the person is said to be stable. Further details are awaited.
