Port Blair, July 31: Bharatiya Janata Party will organise Raksha Bandhan Festival at Kerala Samajam Hall on 3rd July, 2012 at 4 PM in presence of Mr. La Ganeshan, Prabhari, R Mohan,State President, Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament, other leaders and workers.
