Port Blair, July 31: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, Pradesh Congress Committee, in a letter addressed to Lieutenant Governor made an appeal to earmark minimum of one seat for Diploma in Elementary Education (JBT Course) in the Dr. S Radhakrishnan District Institute of Education and Training, Garacharma, for the descendent of Martyrs belonging to these Islands who have sacrificed their lives during the freedom struggle of India.
