Port Blair, Dec 17: Due to Cyclonic storm PHETHAI over West central Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, fishermen are advised not to venture into southwest & west central Bay of Bengal till the 17th December and Northwest Bay of Bengal on 17th December, 2018.
