Port Blair, July 29: As per the details available here both of the victims of Juvenile Home Double Murder case died because of excessive bleeding. Reports available here suggest that both the staffs of Juvenile Home were attacked last night by the inmates, who were later found roaming at Dugnabad area yesterday night. One of the Myanmarese inmates was however, caught by Police Control Room Vehicle staffs and was brought to PS Aberdeen.
Knowing fully well that Myanmarese Nationals could only belong to Prothrapur Jail, Juvenile Home or Poachers’ Camp, the PS Aberdeen Staffs should have conducted inquiry at night and reached the Juvenile Home for inquiry. In that case the injured staffs of Juvenile home, who were bleeding excessively for a long time, because of their head injuries, could have been saved.
But sadly the matter was not given much importance by the staffs of PS Aberdeen and the police could reach the crime scene only after nearly 12 hours of the incident. Is this just a mistake or demonstration of highest level of un-professionalism?
