Port Blair, July 24: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President of Pradesh Congress Committee has congratulated Pranab Mukherjee for his victory in the Presidential poll. Pranab Mukherjee is now the President-elect and will take oath as the 13th President of India at 11.30 am on Wednesday, July 25.
